RevvStay holds only the contact details a hotel needs to write to an organiser and answer a reply, on servers in Canada. One hotel never sees another's data. We never hold guest card numbers or loyalty-member data. The full policy is being prepared; questions to hello@revvstay.com.

Terms

One monthly fee per hotel, no commission, stop any month. RevvStay makes no promise of occupancy or revenue; the hotel confirms every booking. The full terms are being prepared.

Anti-spam policy

Every message a hotel sends through RevvStay has a recorded reason under Canada's anti-spam law (a published role address, an existing relationship or consent), the hotel's name and mailing address, and a one-click unsubscribe that is honoured at once and kept for good. In the US the same applies under CAN-SPAM.
